- He is holding the position of the President of CCA since 2005 and is a founding Member of the CCA.
- Yiannakis Agapiou has a wide experience as an Executive Chef for almost 30 years. He is a graduate of the Higher Hotel Institute as well as of the Hotel Institute of Paris. He has worked in the Cyprus Embassy in Paris-France from 1981-1984. President Agapiou is an International Culinary Judge and he has been invited in a lot of culinary competitions in Greece, Malta, Scotland, England, Estonia and South Africa. He won the competition and the title of the Chef of the Year 2004. Yiannakis a very strong and dynamic person and served in Social Associations such as the SKE Yeroskipou, Polydynamo Center of Yeroskipou, and SIKAP Paphos. He is a partner at Enotis Group and he is holding the position of the General Manager.He is married with Andri Agapiou and he has two daughters Eleni and Anna.

- He is the author of the cookery book “aroma & color in the kitchen”, which was published in 2008 and a partner of www.cychefs.com website. In addition, he is nationally recognized for his expertise in consultancy regarding Catering Services.

- Currently Nicos Hadjichristoforou is working as the Executive Chef at the Palm Beach Hotel & Bungalows in Larnaca, Cyprus.
- On July 3rd 1968 he was born in Nicosia, the capital of Cyprus. At the age of 16 he began his cooking career. He graduated from the Higher Hotel & Catering Institute of Cyprus. After that he has been trained and worked in the best hotels and restaurants (including Michelin star rated restaurants) in Cyprus and around the world.
- Chef Nicos has been actively competing in numerous national and international culinary contests over the past years including the “Culinary World Cup Luxemburg” and the “Culinary Olympic – IKA” where he has won several medals.
